Patches for Bundled Software:

On Solaris 2.7 (7/99 and later) and in Solaris 2.8, the TSI packages  are bundled into the OS. These packages have different names from those in the unbundled software product - GFX OpenWindows V2.1. Individual patches are available for the bundled software in each OS.

Patch  Installation Instructions:
1. First, you must uncompress the tar file that you downloaded from this  site. For example:
prompt%  uncompress 107851-15.tar.Z

2. Next, you need to untar the file in a directory. For example:
prompt%  tar xvf 107851-15.tar

3. Finally, install the patch by using the patchadd command (if you need  help with the patchadd command, please see its man pages). You must  be root to install the patch. prompt#  patchadd 107851-15

Description: These patches, when applied, install the appropriate updates to the driver files.
