If you are experiencing a failure on a previously installed system, you will need to call and talk with a technical representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning equipment for a warranty repair.
To speak with a technician, call our main office at (407) 262-7100 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST and ask for technical assistance. If calling to request an RMA number, please mention that as well when you call.
Be sure to have the following information handy:
- Board Model (e.g., Raptor 2000)
- Board Serial Number (e.g., 12345)
- Host Operating System (e.g., Solaris 2.6 for Sparc)
- Host Computer Model (e.g., Sun Ultra 5)
- Tech Source Software Part Number or Name (e.g., X11R6.1 for Solaris sparc)
